Getting in shape for you You know some people decide to get in shape for the wrong reasons! I believe somewhere down the line in life we all have done it! For a boyfriend girlfriend, hubby, wife, or to fit into something you plan on wearing real soon. For whatever reason we have decided to get in shape. Did you ever ask yourself was it really for you? If it was did you stick with it after a routine you did for a couple of days, did you join the gym to then let your membership fail. Well, I know myself have done all of the above! But hey it's a new year to do for me! So before 2015 came in I decided to cut back bread, eat less pasta, drink more water, exercise for a least 15 minutes a day and make sure I have my daily Greens on the go! I have been doing great and helping others as well! It's a wonderful feeling ! So hey take the first step to get in shape for you and keep it up. Getting healthy is a lifestyle change!
